First of all, it has a lighter, more “open” floor plan for the combined living, dining and kitchen areas with a great view out the sliding glass doors to the ocean from these areas, as well as from the master bedroom. Also, the exterior is vinyl siding instead of the historic “pecky cypress”. And, you can shield your car from the hot sun when parking in this cottage’s car-port!
Of course, Cottage 7 has central air conditioning and heating, a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator and microwave and ceiling fans throughout. A color TV, Wi-fi and linens are provided, as well. Attractive leather living room furnishings await your arrival so that you can just sit….and relax….and enjoy the privacy of your own separate cottage close to the Gulf.
The front porch is another great place to view the boats and the wildlife (i.e. pelicans!) in the Gulf waters. And….get ready to view spectacular sunsets! The porch wraps around the South side of the cottage, too, for easy access into the kitchen.
