Manasota Key is a tranquil retreat surrounded by Lemon Bay (Intracoastal Waterway) to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. The island is home to four beaches offering miles of unspoiled vistas along the Gulf. Shelling, Swimming, Sunning, Snorkeling, Walking, Kayaking, Bicycling, and other warm weather activities are all within feet of Pelican Shore Cottages. When you vacation at the cottages of Pelican Shore, you can be as active as you like or simply relax with the sounds of the beach and a good book in hand.

Things to Do…
On Manasota Key you can Rent a Boat for a leisure day on the water. Or, go Charter Fishing for snook, redfish and/or trout. Observe the Key’s nature up close with Paddelboards and Kayaks. If a game of golf is what you are looking for you can tee off at several local Golf Courses. And, for the adventurer, ParaSailing over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico is available.

Come dine and dance at the White Elephant Pub. Enjoy live music, games and fun at the SandBar Tiki and Grille. Try the best steak, prime rib and seafood restaurant in Englewood at the Lock N’ Key Restaurant and Pub. Enjoy spectacular views and sunsets at the Waverly Restaurant and Bar.
